Kuala Lumpur City & Suburbs
From the towers of the city centre to the terrace streets of Kepong, our crews are in Kuala Lumpur every working day. Every KL neighbourhood gets the same six core services: normal wash at RM90 per unit, chemical wash from RM130, repair with free checking, installation from RM250, R32 gas top-up from RM150 after a leak test, and cooling tower maintenance for commercial buildings. For KLCC and other tower addresses we arrange building access requirements with your management office before the visit. Old Klang Road & Southern KL — Our Home Base
Our yard sits off Jalan Klang Lama, which makes Old Klang Road, OUG, Kuchai Lama and Taman Desa the streets we work most. Taman Desa is the closest neighbourhood to the yard — message before noon and a crew is often there within the hour. This is where same-day slots are easiest to confirm.
Petaling Jaya & the Damansara Corridor
Our western run covers Petaling Jaya's SS sections and Old Town, the Damansara townships from Damansara Heights to Bandar Utama, and Kota Damansara at the north end, reached via the LDP or NKVE. Kelana Jaya and Ara Damansara sit on the same corridor. No travel surcharge for PJ or Damansara postcodes — checking and travel are free.
Subang Jaya, Sunway & Puchong
Subang Jaya, Bandar Sunway and Puchong sit on the same run for us — Puchong is about 20 minutes down the LDP from our yard, and Bandar Sunway 20–25 minutes via KESAS or the Federal Highway. Landlord work is a big part of this patch: end-of-tenancy chemical washes, multi-room service rounds and per-unit receipts around the Sunway university belt and the USJ sections.
Shah Alam & Klang
We run Shah Alam and Klang together on scheduled days — Klang is 35–45 minutes from our yard via the Federal Highway or KESAS, so tell us your flexibility on WhatsApp and we will offer the earliest matching slot, usually within 1–2 working days. Shah Alam coverage runs from Section 1 to Section 36 plus Kota Kemuning, Setia Alam and Bukit Jelutong, all at the standard rate.
Cyberjaya, Putrajaya & the Southern Run
Cyberjaya and Putrajaya get dedicated service days down the MEX, with Seri Kembangan and Puchong covered en route — usually within 1–2 working days of booking. Office and comms-room emergencies in Cyberjaya get priority dispatch, and every Putrajaya precinct is the same standard rate with free travel.
