We are not Acson Malaysia's official service centre, and we would rather say that plainly than let you assume otherwise. What we are is a team that works on Acson units every working day across KL and Selangor — Acson is a Malaysian brand with a huge installed base in landed homes, shops and offices, and parts availability is among the best of any brand we service.
Every service we offer covers Acson: normal water-based wash (RM90 per unit), chemical wash (from RM130), repair and diagnosis (free checking, quote before work), R32 and R410A gas refill (from RM150, charged only after a pressure and leak test) and new unit installation (from RM250). Full rates are on the price list — Acson units are standard rate, with no brand surcharge.

Acson Units We Service Most
- ✓ R32 inverter wall-mounts (AVO and related series) — Acson’s current mainstream units in homes and small offices; routine servicing keeps them efficient.
- ✓ Non-inverter wall-mounts (AWM series) — the long-running workhorse in Malaysian landed homes; typical bookings are routine wash, chemical wash and drain-line clearing.
- ✓ Older R410A-era wall-mounts — still plenty in service; we advise honestly when a repair no longer makes sense against a replacement.
- ✓ Ceiling cassettes — common in shops, offices and F&B; cassette chemical wash is RM350 per unit, canvas (bag) wash RM250.
- ✓ Ceiling exposed units — chemical wash RM350; installation RM500.

Acson Error Codes
Acson is a Malaysian brand within the Daikin group, and many Acson models use Daikin-style fault codes — the drain (A3), fan (E7) and communication (U4) error patterns in our Daikin code table apply to a lot of Acson units too. Codes still vary by model, so treat any table as a first read: send your code on WhatsApp and we will tell you what it points to before we come. Checking is free and repairs are quoted before any work starts.
Acson Warranty — What Is Safe and What Should Go Official
Honest guidance, because this is where brand pages usually go quiet:
- Cleaning and routine maintenance — normal wash and chemical wash are standard upkeep of the unit. This is the work we do daily on Acson units of every age.
- In-warranty faults on major components — an in-warranty compressor or PCB failure should be claimed through the official Acson channel first. Warranty terms vary by model and purchase date, so check your warranty card before paying anyone for that class of repair.
- We tell you which is which. If we inspect a unit and believe the fault is claimable under the manufacturer warranty, we say so instead of charging you to repair it.
- Our own workmanship warranty is written on the receipt: 3 months on chemical wash and minor repairs, 6 months on major repairs, 12 months on new installations.

Do you service Acson inverter units?
Yes. R32 inverter wall-mounts are the most common Acson units we service in KL and Selangor, alongside non-inverter models, ceiling cassettes and ceiling exposed units. Servicing and chemical wash prices are the same for inverter and non-inverter units.
Can you get Acson spare parts?
Yes. Acson parts are among the easiest to source in Malaysia thanks to the brand’s local presence, and we quote the part and waiting time on WhatsApp before you commit to anything.
My Acson unit shows an error code — can you diagnose it?
Yes. Checking is free. Tell us the code (or the blinking-light pattern) on WhatsApp and we can usually tell you what it points to before we arrive. Final diagnosis is confirmed on site, since codes vary by model, and repairs are quoted before any work starts.
Is it cheaper than the official Acson service centre?
For cleaning, chemical wash and out-of-warranty repairs, an independent servicer is usually the more economical option, and our prices are published — normal wash RM90, chemical wash from RM130 per wall-mount unit. For in-warranty claims on major components, the official Acson channel is the right place, and we will tell you when that applies.
Will independent servicing void my Acson warranty?
Routine cleaning and maintenance is normal upkeep of the unit. For a fault covered by the manufacturer warranty — for example an in-warranty compressor — claim through the official Acson channel first; warranty terms vary by model and purchase date.
