Full dismantled chemical wash — coil cleaned with chemical foam, drain flushed, blower wheel washed, reassembled and cooling-tested. Pricing scales by horsepower because larger units take longer and use more chemical.

3. Aircond Installation Price (Per HP)
Standard wall-mount aircond installation — copper piping within 4 metres, drainage gradient, indoor and outdoor bracket, full vacuum, pressure leak test and cooling commissioning. Pricing scales by horsepower because larger units use heavier-gauge piping and brackets.

Unit condition
Heavy mould, thick black slime in the drain, or rust on the coil may add a deep-clean surcharge. Units that have never been opened in 10+ years often need it.
Access difficulty
High-mount outdoor units (above 3 m), ledge work needing safety harness, or condos with strict aircond-ledge rules can add labour time.
